Originally from Southern California, Nick Brannen relocated to the Central Coast in 2000 to pursue his degree in mechanical engineering from Cal Poly. It was once he got here, and successfully owned and operated a painting and landscaping business that Nick soon realized that his passion really lies in Real Estate!
Now, while embracing the beauty of the Central Coast, Nick (along-side his brother, Eric Brannen) is also a SLO County Firefighter who is dedicated to bettering his community through self-discipline and hard work.
Nick is passionate about helping people find and enjoy the homes of their dreams...whether their first, second, or fifth.
