CHAD'S BIOGRAPHY ~ 22 YEAR RESIDENT OF SLO. Chad McPartland is a transplanted New Englander having grown up in Connecticut and Cape Cod. He obtained his B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from Hillsdale College and worked for a nationally known advertising company specializing in seafood accounts. His love of the ocean and the outdoors lured him to California over a quarter of a century ago and he has called San Luis Obispo home for 22 years, where he has concentrated on the real estate market. On his time off from business, you may find him mountain biking the hills of San Luis Obispo, playing Celtic tunes on his guitar, or fly-fishing for those evasive halibut at Port San Luis.
